Leasing Option 

With the cost of purchasing an exhibition vehicle or and exhibition trailer running in to thousands of pounds, and then the ongoing costs of maintenance and storage, insurance etc, Leasing can be a more advantageous option for many companies and organisations.

Contract exhibition services offer hire and leasing option on product marketing trailers, horse box trailers and vintage display trucks. This enables you to have a fully branded colour coordinated stand ready for your events as and when required without the hassle of ownership. 

The Vehicle remains the property of Contract exhibition services, the client pays a monthly payment  which covers all ownership, and then you pay for delivery and setup at each event, as and when required

We have a range of Trailers and tucks available for hire per event, prices include delivery and setup at required venue, branding Options available for roof sign and side advertising doors, our range of product marketing trailers can also attend indoor events with the front tower system.

Vintage Display Trucks

A great alternative to a build exhibition stand, and perfect for displaying food and drink products or just showing the consumer the history of your brand.

we can lease a display truck for your duration of your campaign, which includes personalised external body spray and branding to your companies requirements, rear display area for product displays, and includes storage, insurance and maintenance, then you only pay for delivery and setup at the exhibitions and events you attend during the year.

Vintage Horse Sampling Trailers 

 

If you attend Outdoor events and Country shows, A Horse box display trailer is a perfect alternative to a tenting unit or shedding stand,  we design the interior to fit your colours and display requirements and spray and brand the exterior of the trailer,  Leasing includes  trailer storage, insurance and maintenance,  you only pay for delivery and setup at the  events you attend during the year.

Hire options are available per event, and some personalised branding areas on the trailer can be used by the client.

Product Marketing Trailers

 

If you attend both Indoor Exhibitions and Outdoor events, Our unique product marketing trailer are perfect for your organisation, with open plan ground level information display areas, interior storage areas, mains electric and fully kitted out with wet weather awning, indoor display Power tower and the exterior branded to your company colours. 

Also included in the monthly is also trailer storage, insurance and maintenance. 

 You then only pay for delivery and setup at the events you attend during the year.

These unique units come with open plan ground level information display areas, spotlights, interior storage areas, mains electrics double advertising doors and roof sign and a 3 sided awning for outdoor events

You can also attend indoor exhibitions with our trailers, fitted with the front Power tower system, they take on the presence of a purpose build stand , at a fraction of the cost.
