For client owned Shell Scheme stand designs which may include branded fabric or panelled display systems, we can organise all delivery and installation of your Shell Scheme stand including the delivery of your display equipment and products required for display. We offer yearly equipment storage, so when the exhibition is finished we return to pack down the stand and return to our warehouse or we can return to your premises as required

Our Shell Scheme Stand Services include fully in transit delivery insurance and stand Public Library and Indemnity Insurance

Total Care Modular Stands

Client owned modular stands Professionally managed, with yearly secure storage, pre show maintenance and preparation, venue delivery, installed and when the exhibition is completed removed by our dedicated team.

Our Exhibition Modular Stand Services include full in transit delivery insurance and Public Library and Indemnity Insurance

Total Care Event Support

Marquee and Shedding Stand Management services for Client owned Marquee’s and display equipment, includes Pre event cleaning and preparation, loading and delivery to each venue, erected and secured, and internal wall panelling and flooring fitted, internal displays installed, fitted branding elements and exterior signs, setup and ready for your team to attend the event.
We then return after the event has been completed and dismantle the stand returning everything to storage ready for your next event.

Our Marquee and Shedding Services include fully in transit delivery insurance and stand Public Library and Indemnity Insurance

Total Care Roadshow Support

Client owned Exhibition Trailer or Vehicle Management services includes Pre event cleaning and preparation, loading and delivery to each venue with CES tow vehicle, onsite setup of stand and display equipment,  fitted branding elements and exterior each vehicle is also cleaned onsite and ready us to hand over to your team prior to the opening of each event
We then return after the event has been completed and dismantle the stand returning the trailer to our storage yard ready for your next event.

Our Exhibition Trailer Management Services include full Towing insurance, fully tachograph tow vehicles, Public Library and Indemnity Insurance

Total Care Event Support

For clients that require onsite support for the duration of the event, we offer a driver/ Event Manager support service which includes opening and closing the stand, and supporting your event team for the duration of each event.
excludes 1 day events as this is costed in the delivery and setup daily rates.

Rates shown are estimated, we always discuss and book accommodation with client’s cost approval prior to each event

Total Care Logistics Support

For clients that require a qualified Driver/ Event Manager to deliver and setup there exhibition vehicle at events, or are operating a seasonal roadshow, we are fully qualified HGV Class 1 drivers with 21 years experience in roadshow management.
Prices are for 10 hour day, £20 per hour for 3.5 ton towing and £30 per hour there after.
